Citizen Responsibilities and Duties
What are the differences between the things responsible citizens do and the duties citizens have?
Introduction

It is often said that voting and announcing our concerns to our elected officials is a citizen's responsibility. Even the famous anarchist Albert Camus said, "Freedom is based more on responsibilities than privileges."

Obviously, the responsibilities of citizens are optional; citizens don't HAVE to perform their responsibilities So what do citizens HAVE to do?
